We provide all our services through our support office in New Delhi backed up by a considerable back office support team that has potential for future growth. Our 30,000 sq ft of office space has seating capacity of more than 300 people.
NDC state-of-the-art back office in India is fully equipped with secure servers, power backup and secure access, including physical and electronic security. The security policy of NDC is ruthlessly followed at both the front and back office, significantly reducing the risk of data protection issues.
Security measures at our offices in India include:
- Physically searching staff on their way into and out of the processing room
- Security guard patrols for the processing room
- Removing all mobile phone from staff entering the processing room
- No staff access to floppy drives, USB or any other computer interfaces
- No browser internet access in the processing room.
